Wood Destroying Insects
A WDIR or wood destroying insect report inspects for termites, powder post beetles, carpenter ants and any other insects that may damage the wood structure of your home. Sometimes these reports are called pest inspections and that has led to some confusion. A WDIR only checks for wood destroying insects. Mice, ants, cockroaches and other nuisance pests are not reported on. I use a licensed pest control expert to inspect your home. You will be emailed a WDIR after the inspection. They are usually available 2 to 3 days after the inspection takes place. If any wood destroying insects are found you will also be given an estimate to eradicate the pests and the option of signing up for continual pest management.
