• $295 Septic tank inspection minimum charge.  (I arrange the inspection by a third party and make sure the report is delivered to you. Price varies depending on location and depth of the tank. The cost of an inspection can range between $295 and $700. For a thorough inspection, pumping the tank is recommended and is an additional charge.)

Well Inspection

• ​$275 All visible components are inspected. GPM, static water level and recovery rates are measured. (Price varies depending on location)
